Hmmm…I wonder what cheeky Si-Won is looking at lol :D Caught Super Junior’s Super Show 6 during the May Day holiday and it was much fun. The boys delivered 3.5 hours of solid entertainment during their 6th world tour concert, delivering their signature dance numbers, ballads, hilarious banter (Tonight I go to your room”) as well as a Frozen Elsa costume parade much to the delight of the mainly female audience.
Heechul showed off his drumming skills during the start of the show – he looked so suave and hearts fluttered together with his wavy hair.

The boys’ impersonation of Elsa from Disney’s hit animation Frozen left the audience in stitches. There’s Eunhyuk as “Elsa Jackson”, Kyuhyun as “Big Elsa” (check out his humongous blonde wig!) and Heechul was SO convincing as Princess Anna I thought he was a girl! :p
I think the boys had fun during their wacky parade which left me wondering “What just happened?!?” Kudos for being so sporty.
Leetuk was a muscular “ElSapphire Blue” trying to hold his/her boobies in place.

OMG I can’t believe it – I have 2NE1‘s autograph! It was a total fluke – I was leaving after their All or Nothing World Tour Singapore concert when my friend asked to go to the souvenir tent to take a look. I decided to buy a CD as a momento, and learnt that some of them came with autographs. It was random so you could not choose. So you can imagine my very pleasant surprise when I saw the scribbles on the CD cover – I couldn’t believe my luck! OMG OMG I love this power girl group, woohoo! Uber estactic :D

If there’s anything that can heat up the F1 night races like the thunderous noise of the race cars, it must be these four uber-cool guys from Kpop group Big Bang. And they are the reason why I am at my 5th F1 race in Singapore :D

T.O.P looking suave. But honey, wrong outfit for F1 in Singapore – it’s damn hot. He did a sexy dance with Daesung later, and sent the crowd into a frenzy.

Poor T.O.P. he looked so hot and was sweating like crazy. I can empathize with him since I was crushed within the boisterous crowd which at times felt like human radiators. Plus I had to hold my camera high up in the air to take photos, attempt tip-toes since I am vertically-challenged, and ended up with sore arms & sore legs the next day.
It’s wasn’t before long that we had reached the end of the concert…awwwwwww nonononoNO
Oh god, why is this happening to me? With the number of technical glitches that happened during the night, Show Luo must be wondering if he got out of the wrong side of bed that day. But it was also one of the best concerts I have been to, and the multi-talented Taiwanese star demonstrated why he is Asia’s Dancing King and a top-notch host.
I was of two minds if I should go catch Show Luo’s Over The Limit 2013 World Live Tour in March, and was glad I did. The night was fraught with technical glitches due to a faulty sound system, but Xiao Zhu (as he is affectionately called by his fans) managed to overcome the embarrassing situation with witty banter and self-deprecating humour. And the audience lapped it all up. If he ever decides to call it quits in showbiz, I know he certainly has a talent at crisis management!
As for me – the technical glitch was a blessing in disguise – I was finally convinced that the dude CAN sing as well as he dances :D It also gave more time for him to interact with the audience; he was ever friendly, humorous, and down-to-earth…just the way I remembered first seeing him on TV and getting addicted to his show.

And this is where the intermittent technical glitches turned serious – and went pitch blank The sound system konked out in the middle of a dance number, and the performer had to stop abruptly. Xiao Zhu looked like either he was going to cry, or burst out in vulgarity
For 15 minutes while waiting for the sound system to be restored, Xiao Zhu put his hosting skills and quick wit to good use, chatting with the crowd and teasing him with his well-toned body.
He also called his assistant on stage to apply oil on his arms to make them look bigger. I WANT HER JOB.
To buy time, the performer even broke out in a Hokkien song 爱拼才会赢 – to the delight of the audience. Shortly after, the sound system came back on to his great relief. I wondered what he was going to do next if the technical glitch carried on…I would welcome a burlesque show! LOL
A quick costume change and he appeared on top of the moving panther’s head
You gotta check out his suit – it’s LED-wired! I need to get one made for myself complete with wings…
